MileageSnaps is a tool to help you track mileage. We do not guarantee that use of this app will result in tax savings or IRS approval of deductions.

Limitation of Liability

MileageSnaps and its creators are not liable for:

• Any tax penalties, fines, or issues resulting from your mileage records
• Lost or corrupted data (though we recommend enabling iCloud backup)
• Errors in mileage calculations or deduction estimates
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

MileageSnaps and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of MileageSnaps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without permission.

Privacy

Your use of MileageSnaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not track your location or share your data with third parties.

Subscription and Payments

If you purchase a subscription or premium features:

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• Pricing may change with notice

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.

Termination
